GHC Facility Consultants, Inc was formed to act as an extension of in-house facility management staffs in providing highly technical consultation on a variety of needs.  Inclusive are Building Commissioning, Performance Evaluations, Condition Assessments and O & M Training.

 

The company is comprised of individuals of varying backgrounds and engineering disciplines that offer different perspectives on managing today’s facilities and the projects associated with them.  Design, operations, maintenance and construction experience are all brought into the mix when developing solutions to our clients needs.

 

Reliability, efficiency and the interaction of systems in a building are the paramount goals of the firm. We help to insure that the energy efficiencies designed into today’s buildings are realized throughout the life of the systems. 

 

We foster a spirit of teamwork amongst all members of a project team from the owner to the design professionals to the construction trades.  We follow a systematic and logical process to reach an endpoint where the owner’s original intents are met and systems and equipment can be accepted by the owner. 

 

Through our testing and training process we supply the necessary tools, which give the operators the ability to operate, maintain and service building systems in a manor that maximizes efficiency and ensures reliability.
