Performance Evaluations

 

  • Monitor for compliance all service contracts (i.e. security, cleaning, exterminating, elevators, etc.)

  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to include all contingencies such as disaster planning.

  • Monitor for compliance and testing, life safety issues affected by facility operations (i.e. sprinkler, standpipe hydrostatic testing, fire alarm testing, penetrations through rated construction, generator testing, etc.)

  • Develop a quality assurance plan and implement to provide for continuous quality improvements in the facility.
